Nick was a huge help when my phone was dying! He showed me my options in a simple, straightforward way with no pressure at all. He clarified and reassured me about the process of transferring my old data, offered to help with setup (not needed) and got me set up 2 days sooner than expected… yay! I have found the AT&T location on Prytania St. to be great. Easy parking, fast service and no problems. Exactly the experience I hope for.

I had a great experience at my local AT&T store today. The CJ was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the best new phone and accessories. The whole process was quick, smooth, and professional. It’s rare to get customer service this good these days. Highly recommend this AT&T location.
